10. Add a tub for dogs
When they race around in the rain, everyone who owns a dog knows how muddy they can be. However, it could be tough to convince them to jump on their tiny little legs inside your bathtub, depending on the breed of your dog. If you already have your washing machine down in the cellar, you could already use it as a cleaning area to use this room. Then why not make a little doggy shower?
For anybody who feels a little odd about having the dogs bathe in the same spot as humans do, this is fine. Getting a doggy shower area for specific individuals will help them save money by regularly sending them to a licensed groomer.
