21. A Wine Cellar
If you'd like to hang on to it for many years, you must find wine regulated by temperature and keep it away from sunlight. Serious collectors will create a custom wine cellar with wall-to-wall shelves, so they have all the space they need to invest in their bottled wines. You and your guest can sit down for a beer, also with only one or two wine racks, a table, and chairs. Instead of taking up the entire space, some individuals would have a small corner of their basement dedicated to their wine collection.
