21. A Wine Cellar

If you'd like to hang on to it for many years, you must find wine regulated by temperature and keep it away from sunlight. Serious collectors will create a custom wine cellar with wall-to-wall shelves, so they have all the space they need to invest in their bottled wines. Not everyone can pay a contractor to create such a room. Check out modular wine racks made of pine wood if you want to get a similar look on a budget.

You and your guest can sit down for a beer, also with only one or two wine racks, a table, and chairs. Instead of taking up the entire space, some individuals would have a small corner of their basement dedicated to their wine collection. Of course, you do not want to leave alcohol bottles out in the open if you have kids. This thing is why some people build a lockable wine closet underneath the basement stairs instead.
