25. Write yourself positive notes
You may have some sticky notes around your home. If not, there are tons to buy online or at a local store for a low price. Writing letters for yourself will make you feel better and then place them where you will see them. This is also a good Self-Care activity!
You can write in that You are doing very well on your computer or You have received this and posted it on your car. Moreover, you can write, appear you so beautiful and put it on your mirror. You can even write down other people's compliments or your favorite affirmations.
