2. Keep a Consistent Sleep Schedule

If you're a night owl and staying up late doesn't affect you because you have a consistent schedule, stay up late. But, if you're always tired and feel sleepy, it's time to focus on setting a schedule.

To take care of yourself, you need to rest. You need 7 to 8 hours to sleep. It helps the body works better. In many cases, taking your precious “me time” during the night might not be as useful as you think.
