15. Soak in a tub
You know that bathing can be helpful for your thinking, but so is bathing. Sometimes a bath can make you better than a shower - it depends on your preferences. Adding a bunch of bubbles, candles, and a few drops of essential oil will help you feel better to make things better.
Do not think about what you should do, what you hear, or anything else. You may want to turn on your favorite music to help reduce the sound. Take time to focus on cleaning your mind and relaxing. Work to find your inner peace and achieve it before you step out of the tub.
