12. Spray The Room With an Antiseptic:
Viruses can live in the air for several hours after an infected person has been in an area. If someone is sick in your home; and you are waiting for an incubation period of 14 days, you should go through each room in the house and use aerosol spray disinfectant to clean the air. If someone has a common cold, this will be particularly important to clear the room where the sick person is. Furthermore, cold makes your immune system weak. So at times like these, you need to take everything seriously.
Bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas of your home also need disinfection. As many people are sharing the same place, the percentage of germs or viruses that exist in the air is the highest. Remember to open your windows to allow for fresh room air. If no one in your home is sick or you are alone, you do not need to use disinfectant sprays too often, as it can cause breathing problems.
